Boddle Learning is looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and data engineering expertise to take our data-driven decision-making to the next level. This role will be pivotal in performing deep data analysis, building scalable data processes, designing robust data pipelines, and uncovering critical insights that fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify key trends and provide actionable insights that optimize user acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
- Business Intelligence & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and track business impact.
- Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process large datasets efficiently.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance) to define and track success metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement automated data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives.
- Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning (Preferred): Use statistical and ML techniques to build predictive models that enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
- Familiarity with event-tracking tools (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
